By comparing a sample sequence to references in one of the quality-filtered and continuously updated SmartGene® Fungi databases, fungal species can be identified within seconds of with a high degree of accuracy. The SmartGene® Fungi Module hosts targets such as ITS and 25-28S and provides the user with a private searchable archive, plus an audit- and log-trail.
