Teva UK Limited launches Olanzapine range

Teva UK Ltd is pleased to announce the off-patent launch of generic Olanzapine Teva Film-Coated Tablets and Olanzapine Teva Orodispersible Tablets. These will be launched in Teva 360 livery.

Olanzapine is a generic version of ZyprexaTM (Olanzapine) from Eli Lilly and Company Limited and is indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia. Olanzapine is effective in maintaining the clinical improvement during continuation therapy in patients who have shown an initial treatment response1.

It is also indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe manic episode. In patients whose manic episode has responded to Olanzapine treatment, Olanzapine is indicated for the prevention of recurrence in patients with bipolar disorder.

Olanzapine Teva Film-Coated Tablets from Teva UK Limited are available immediately in six strengths as 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg, 15mg and 20mg in packs of 28 & 7.5mg in packs of 56.

Olanzapine Teva Orodispersible Tablets from Teva UK Limited are available immediately in four strengths as 5mg, 10mg, 15mg & 20mg in packs of 28.
