Coulter Partners builds presence in DACH region

Global Life Sciences search specialist, Coulter Partners continues to grow its business in Germany, Switzerland and Austria in response to strong market growth in the region. Following their annual European Consultants meeting held in Frankfurt last month, the company is delighted to announce that consolidation has begun with the appointment of Deborah Michels as Senior Research Associate, with plans for further expansion in the New Year.

“Consultants from our offices in London, Frankfurt, Berlin, Zurich, Geneva and Copenhagen enjoyed the cultural stimulus of a night tour of Eberbach Abbey in the Rheingau as inspiration for their 2017 strategic planning. As one team without borders we work closely together to achieve the best talent solutions for our global clients and I am delighted to welcome Deborah with her wealth of DACH expertise onto the team,” comments Sharon Shields, Managing Partner.

Deborah has hit the ground running to tackle commercial and operational search assignments for a number of early stage and multi-national Med Tech and Biopharma companies across the region in her first few weeks with the company. With a particular focus on building out networks in the DACH and Benelux markets, Deborah is fluent in German, French and English and brings over 7 years of broad executive search expertise gained in tax, financial services, manufacturing and real estate. Significant experience gained in building the whole European tax market for a leading international search firm will be invaluable in adding to Coulter Partners’ considerable strengths in CFO search across the region. Deborah holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College, London University and a 1st in Marketing with French from Middlesex University.
