Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) today announced that Ann Powell Judge will join the company as senior vice president, Human Resources, in March. She will report to Lamberto Andreotti, chief executive officer, and will be a member of the company’s Senior Management Team.

“Ann brings more than 20 years of broad international human resources experience across multiple industries that will be important to my management team and to our company as we continue to execute our BioPharma strategy,” said Lamberto Andreotti, chief executive officer, Bristol-Myers Squibb. “Her leadership abilities and practical business focus will help ensure we have the right human resource development and organizational effectiveness strategy as we continue to build a strong foundation for future growth.”

Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ms. Judge was chief human resources officer at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Before Shire, Ms. Judge was corporate vice president, Human Resources, for the Pharmaceutical Division at Wyeth. During her tenure at Wyeth, Ms. Judge also held positions of responsibility for human resources in the commercial organization and in the global manufacturing unit. Previously, she spent 13 years at The Dow Chemical Company, where she worked internationally in a variety of human resources positions of increasing scope and responsibility, spending some time living and working in Germany and Switzerland.

Ms. Judge has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
