Zhong Chongyu appointed General Manager of Ethypharm China

Zhong Chongyu (42) has been appointed General Manager of the pharmaceutical company Ethypharm in China. He reports to Alexandre Williams, Executive Vice President Business Development.

A graduate from the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (China 1994), Zhong Chongyu also holds a Master Degree of Business Administration (Asia International Open University, Macau 2001).

With more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, Zhong Chongyu started his career with Nanjing Organon in 1994. He has held various positions in Marketing and Sales.

Associate Director Marketing CNS, Area Asia Pacific of Organon Asia Pacific., in Kuala Lumpur from 2004 to 2006, he became National Sales Manager and part of the Management Team of Organon China from 2006 to 2007. Then, he joined Sandoz China as Head of Business Unit in 2007 and Invida China (formerly Pharmalink) a year ago as Head of Marketing and Sales.

With 16 pharmaceutical products marketed in China (PRC), and 9 products under registration, Ethypharm, located in China since 1997, intends to continue and accelerate its growth with the arrival of Zhong Chongyu.
