Alliance Pharma plc has appointed Nigel Clifford as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Nigel will join the Board with immediate effect.

Alliance Pharma plc has appointed Nigel Clifford as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Nigel will join the Board with immediate effect.
Nigel is Chief Executive of Procserve Holdings Limited, a leading company in enabling secure transactions online. He is also currently a non-executive director of Anite plc. He has previously held senior positions at Micro Focus International plc, Nokia, Symbian Software Ltd, Tertio Telecoms Limited, Cable and Wireless plc, Glasgow Royal Infirmary NHS Trust and BT plc.
Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Smith, Chairman of Alliance, said:
