Merck Millipore, the Life Science division of Merck, today announced the launch of ChromaTALK™, a new online forum where participants can interact with leading experts in the field of process-scale chromatography to exchange opinions on the latest innovations, where the field is headed and best practices.
On a regular basis, a global panel of experts will share perspectives on a topic related to process-scale chromatography. The topic currently being discussed is “Breaking the Bottleneck: Advances in Chromatography to Accelerate Biomanufacturing.” Experts offer commentary on the extent to which chromatography is becoming a bottleneck in the biomanufacturing process and innovative technologies that will overcome these challenges.
Forum participants can post their opinions on the current topic, respond to experts’ commentary, suggest a new topic for the experts and weigh in on poll questions.
“ChromaTALK™, represents a unique opportunity for interaction among those in the chromatography community,” describes Matthias Jöhnck, Ph.D., head of chromatography R&D at Merck Millipore. “The forum will provide a platform where everyone from experts to newcomers to the field can share their thoughts on the challenges faced by industry, innovations that will impact downstream productivity and other important topics. We invite all those who are involved in any aspect of chromatography to submit commentary, debate, dialogue, vote on poll questions, and suggest topics for future conversation. We expect ChromaTALK™, to become a robust community for chromatography professionals.”
